There are main gates at the entrance which are closed to traffic at Midnight. Cars have to be left outside after this time, but there is a secure walk in gate.
There is also a night watchman.
Reception has pigeon holes for incoming, you can also purchase postage stamps, Anna is our English speaking receptionist,
she also sells a few basic food items for emergencies.
The Site also has 2 Shower Blocks.
The Mobile Homes in Spain have a 40 year life span, all homes have at least two bedrooms, and do appreciate in value here.
Most have Air Con, English TV, and Telephone Lines.
All have Patios and Sheds, some have Conservatories.
They range in age from 4 to 8 years old.
There are over 100 English owned units on site, some used part time, some permanently, also Spanish units that are only used weekends & holidays.
We have a good selection of pre-owned homes for sale at any one time.

The 11 Month contract is to get over Red Tape in Spain, If you have a Full years Contract you become a Sitting Tenant.
But you can stay all year no problem.
Electricity is 15 cents per Kwh.
Water and all other amenities are included.
There is also a contract change over fee paid to the Camp of Euros4,000 which is divided between incoming and outgoing owners 50% each.
With 8 month contracts you pay in January & sign in and out as you come and go throughout the year, in October you will be notified how many nights you have had off site (plus of course any booked up to the end of December).
If you have not had 120 nights off site then you will be billed the extra Euros800.
The home is safe on site all year, it is up to the individual how long they stay.
This is a Permanent site and homes cannot be rented out, although family members are welcome.
It is a friendly site and I have been here 9 years, quite relaxing, but can be fun when you want it.
